Business or property owners often hire a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) to issue a report and certification to show they have intentions of ensuring equal access to all customers by verfiying that their facility meets ADA Standards. Our Certified Access Specialists have undergone extensive and rigorous examination to become certified by the California DSA (Division of the State Architect). Only a CASp has the certification and authority required to offer “qualified defendant” status in an accessibility lawsuit.
